Plan of Study (POS) Forms:
You will need to fill one of the following online POS forms before you finish 12 credit hours. Otherwise you will not be able to register courses after 12 credit hours. In addition, before graduation, if you have any changes of course taken from your original POS plan, you need to submit an updated POS form again to reflect the actual courses towards the program.

Course Override Form:
